BCaster featured at Environmental Xperience during EarthX 2026

BCaster demonstrated how audience participation can be transformed into rights-managed, searchable and reusable visual data at Environmental Xperience during EarthX 2026.

BCaster audience engagement at EarthX in Dallas

BCaster was featured at Environmental Xperience during EarthX 2026 in Dallas, demonstrating how photos, videos and audience data can be collected directly from people and transformed into valuable media, marketing and operational assets.

Instead of relying on fragmented social media posts, email attachments or messaging applications, organizations can invite participants to contribute through a simple link or QR code. No application download is required.

Turning participation into usable data

BCaster provides the collection and intelligence layer between audiences and the systems organizations already use. Every contribution can include rights, consent, time, location, campaign information and other available context from the moment it enters the platform.

AI then analyzes the visual material and extracts information such as people, objects, text, activities and environmental details. The resulting assets can be found using any available or AI-derived data instead of relying only on filenames and folders.

The contributor does not always need to be identified. BCaster can preserve whether the source is known or anonymous while assessing the available trust signals, rights information, capture context and consistency of the submission.

Rights and context remain connected to the content

Built-in rights management helps organizations understand how contributed material can be used across websites, broadcasts, social media, campaigns and future communications. This reduces permission follow-up and prevents valuable content from becoming disconnected from its original context.

The same workflow also creates a growing first-party visual dataset. Rather than producing value only during a single event, the material remains searchable, reusable and ready for integration into existing content and data systems.

Featured in a high-profile event ecosystem

Environmental Xperience’s published Key Partners presentation placed BCaster in an event ecosystem that also included EarthX, The Impact Lounge, CNN, iHeartMedia, Rotary Club of Newport Beach, 7 Seas Foundation, Newport Homes, ArchiMAT and EarthX Media.

The event demonstrated how authentic audience participation can support physical experiences, digital audiences and ongoing communications through one managed visual data workflow.

BCaster also supported EarthX experiences in both 2025 and 2026, developing a repeatable model for connecting participants, livestream audiences, content and first-party audience data.
